If you are looking to transfer from your existing club across to Nuswim please follow the following steps:

  1. Email the Nuswim Registrar at the following details with your request, Member Number of each individual transferring, D.O.B, Full Name.

  2. Ask your current club to break the Family link if there is more than one member to enable the transfer. 

  3. The registrar will request the transfer from the club. Once the transfer is complete the registrar will re-link you and send you a statement of fees email that comes from Swimming Australia.  This statement link is the difference between the membership fee of your old club and the Nuswim membership fee.  Once this is paid your file will become financial and active.

  4. Transfer fee, you will need to pay a once off transfer administration fee to the Nuswim club it is one amount of $40 total regardless of members transferring (not per individual).  This is paid direct into the Nuswim bank account with a reference "Surname, Transfer".   The bank account details are as below.

  5. Please complete the following forms found under the Membership Tab: Code of Conduct & Nuswim Member Form. These can be returned to the Registrar direct in person, emailed to the Registrar email or placed in the Nuswim box at the forum under the noticeboard.

  6. You will receive a confirmation of transfer email from the registrar once all of these items have been completed.

Transfers to Another Club

If you wish to transfer to a different club, you just need to ask the new club to request the transfer.
